Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilities, such as water, wastewater, and sewer/trash, are automatically set up with the City of Highland Park. These utilities are automatically billed to you separately from your rent and any other fees. Atmos Gas will be the gas provider. You can use any electric provider of your choice. Residents are responsible to set up their electricity & gas prior to move in.
